What this site is

We connect Nashville homeowners with independent, vetted local pros. NashHomePros is a referral service. It is not a contractor, not a pressure-washing company, and not a handyman company. Pros are independent. You hire and pay them directly if you choose to.

Estimates

Dollar ranges on the site are typical planning estimates as of October 2026. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees. The pro sets the price.

Matching and consent

A homeowner request is sent only if the contact box is checked. The stored consent text matches the choice of one pro or up to three. Consent is not a condition of hiring someone you found on your own. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from a pro who texts you. We may be unable to match a request. Unmatched requests are not invented into a sale.

Licenses and insurance

We do not promise that a pro is licensed or insured for your job. In Davidson and Rutherford counties, home-improvement work of $3,000 or more generally requires a Tennessee home improvement license, and work of $25,000 or more requires a state contractor license. Other counties differ. Ask the pro and confirm before you hire. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Pros buying leads

A shared lead may be offered to up to three businesses. An exclusive lead is offered to one. We do not promise a volume of leads, a price, or that a homeowner will hire you. Contact the homeowner only about the project they described, and only in the way they agreed.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, scrape the site, or attempt to break into the admin tools.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as available. We do not warrant a pro’s workmanship, timing, price, or licensing. To the extent the law allows, NashHomePros and Patrick Wenner are not liable for a pro’s work or for a decision to hire. Some limitations may not apply to you. Tennessee law governs these terms, without a fake venue address.
