Privacy policy

Last updated October 30, 2026. NashHomePros is operated by Patrick Wenner. We connect Nashville homeowners with independent, vetted local pros. This policy describes the quote form, the pro inquiry form, and the admin tools. It is the operating policy of the site. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.

What we collect

When you request a match we store the trade, service, area, ZIP code, project details, size, budget range, timeline, name, phone, email, contact preference, and whether you asked for one pro or up to three. We also store the consent text you agreed to, a version id, the time of that consent, your IP address, user agent, the page URL, and any UTM parameters from the visit.

Pro inquiries store the business name, trade, areas, phone, email, whether you want shared or exclusive leads, an optional note, and the same technical fields.

Why

We use homeowner requests to introduce you to independent pros, and to keep a record of the consent that allows that contact. We use pro inquiries so Patrick Wenner can talk with businesses about buying leads. We use the admin log to limit password guessing.

Who receives a request

If you choose up to three pros, the request may be shared with as many as three businesses. If you choose one pro only, it is offered to one business. We may also send the request to a webhook or CRM that the operator configures, such as HighLevel. We do not publish your request on the website.

Cookies and on-device storage

The public site does not set a marketing cookie. The quote form can keep UTM values and nothing else sensitive in session storage on your device. The admin login sets an httpOnly cookie so the lead list stays behind the password. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a spam-check token. Their handling of that check is described in Cloudflare’s own policy.

How long

Lead records are kept as business records until the operator deletes them. Email hello@nashhomepros.com to ask about a request, including deletion. The mailbox works after email routing is turned on for nashhomepros.com. Until then, start a quote-form message with “Privacy request.”

Children

The site is for homeowners and service businesses. It is not directed at children.
